By accessing our website, booking an appointment, enrolling in a course, or using any GMTECH service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


About GMTECH

GMTECH is a technology education and digital services platform offering online learning, consultations, and digital tools in areas such as programming, ICT, mobile app development, and digital skills.


Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using GMTECH services, you agree that:

  • You are providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • You will use GMTECH services for lawful and educational purposes only
  • You will respect instructors, content, and other learners

GMTECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


Appointments, Scheduling & Payments

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm and secure any appointment or session
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and missed sessions are non-refundable

For multi-session programs, refunds for unused sessions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Courses & Programs

  • All GMTECH courses are delivered online unless otherwise stated
  • Learners are expected to attend sessions as scheduled
  • Course materials are provided for personal, educational use only

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share GMTECH materials without prior written permission.


Intellectual Property

All content on the GMTECH website, including but not limited to:

  • Text, videos, lesson materials
  • Logos, branding, designs
  • Software, apps, and digital tools

is the exclusive property of GMTECH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of GMTECH content is strictly prohibited.


Digital Services & Applications

GMTECH may offer mobile applications, testing programs, or digital services.
Availability, features, and access may change over time.

GMTECH does not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital services and is not responsible for temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.


Privacy & Data Protection
